Práce se zabývá analýzou strategického rozhodování společnosti Škoda Auto a. s. v zahraničním obchodě, Čínský automobilový trh. Popisuje aktuální situaci na automobilovém trhu státu se zaměřením na aktivity společnosti. Vzhledem k nedávnému vstupu společnosti na trh, bylo zapotřebí pomocí metod a analýz provést rozbor a vyhodnotit situaci Škoda Auto a. s. Výsledek ukázal, že se společnost nachází ve velmi dobrém postavení, jenž značí číselné statistiky prodeje od zavedení značky na trh, kdy i přes neznámost Škody na Čínském trhu, v rámci koncernu Volkswagen Shanghai vyrovnala prodej automobilů s letitou značkou Audi. Pozitivní výsledky prodeje nasvědčují ekonomickou zdatnost Čínské lidové republiky. Mezi navrhnutá doporučení lze zahrnout např. zavedení dalšího modelu z řad sedanů, rozšířování prodejní sítě a vytvoření vlastního výrobního závodu v Shanghai. Master thesis is focused on strategic analyzing of decision making in international business at the company Skoda Auto a. s. Discribing the current position on the automotive market. Further focusing on the activity of the company related to the international business in China. With regards to the recent enter of company on the market was made up a study by the method an analyses. The result has shown that company is situated in the very good conditions related to the number of retail. Even through a few years of brand lasting on the market Skoda has been producing in the past year more vehicles than Audi. It shows that Volkswagen Shanghai has come up with very good decision thanks to the brand implementation to the Market. One of the recommendation is to support current marketing, further, implementation of new sedan, crucial support of retail network has been taken into account and investment into assembly line.
