Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou podnikového managementu firmy Herlango, s.r.o.. Jmenovaná firma prodává optické korekční pomůcky prostřednictvím vlastního řetězce očních optik. V první části práce jsou teoreticky popsány metody a postupy, jež budou použity pro zhodnocení celkové situace ve firmě. V druhé části práce jsou tyto metody prakticky aplikovány na firmu Herlango s.r.o. Nejdříve je provedena analýza vnitřního prostředí firmy, která popisuje: organizační strukturu, strukturu řízení, marketing, finanční analýzu a informační systém. Následně je zkoumáno vnější prostředí firmy pomocí PEST analýzy a Porterova modelu konkurenčních sil. V poslední části práce bude sestavena matice SWOT, s jejíž pomocí budou stanoveny strategie a opatření, které by měly vést ke zlepšení chodu firmy. This bachelor thesis deals with the comprehensive analysis of corporate management in company Herlango, Ltd. The designated company sells optical correction devices and its accessories, which it sells through its own chain of eyewear shops. In the first part of this work are theoretically described methods and procedures to be used to assess the situation in the company. In the second part these methods are practically applied to business Herlango Ltd. First, the analysis of the internal environment of the company, which describes: the organizational structure, management structure, marketing, financial analysis and information system. Subsequently is examined firm external environment using PEST analysis and Porter model of competitive forces. In the last part of the work is assembled SWOT matrix with which will be determined strategies and measures which should lead to improved functioning of the company.
