Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat podmínky výchovy ke zdraví u dětí s disabilitou mentální ve škole, a současně i zjištění jejich znalostí o zdraví a jejich postoje k němu. V teoretické části své práce se zabývám tématikou mentální disability z hlediska terminologie a klasifikace. Uvádím možnosti výchovy a vzdělávání dětí s disabilitou mentální, vysvětluji cíle výchovy ke zdraví a specifikuji vybraný Jihočeský kraj, ve kterém probíhalo šetření. Na začátku praktické části jsou detailně popsány konkrétní školy z Jihočeského kraje, které byly ochotny spolupracovat. Vytvořila jsem dvě odlišné ankety, které se zaměřily na odlišný vzorek respondentů. První anketa vlastní konstrukce byla vytvořena pro pedagogy a asistenty na základních školách praktických a speciálních a zjišťovala základní identifikační údaje o jednotlivých respondentech a jejich zkušenosti, metody a názory. Druhá anketa vlastní konstrukce pro děti s disabilitou mentální na základních školách praktických a běžných základních školách měla za úkol zjišťovat základní identifikační údaje o respondentech a jejich znalost a celkový přístup ke zdravému životnímu stylu. Z výsledků získaných anketním šetřením vyplývá, že děti s mentální disabilitou mají dobré podmínky pro výchovu o zdraví, děti díky ní mají dobré povědomí o základních zásadách zdraví, avšak nedokážou si je zcela osvojit a řídit se podle nich v běžném životě. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the conditions of health education of children with an intellectual disability at school and to find out their knowledge of health and their attitudes about it. First teoretical part focuses on terminology and classification of intellectual disabilities. In this part, the possibilities of upbringing and education of children with an intellectual disability are stated and the South Bohemian Region in which the research took place is specified. At the beginning of the practical part, some cooperating schools situated in this area are described. Two different surveys focused on different groups of respondents were created. First survey was intended for pedagogues and assistents in practical and special primary schools. It provided basic identifying information about individual respondents, their experience, methods and opinions. The second survey was intended for children with an intellectual disability in regular primary schools and it provides basic identifying information about individual respondents, their knowledge and attitude to healthy lifestyle. The evaluation of questionnaires shows that children with an intellectual disability have good conditions for health education and good knowledge of basic principles of health, however they are not able to adopt it and follow these rules in everyday life.
