Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je průzkum věnující se míře informovanosti vlivu kofeinu na lidský organismus u adolescentů české republiky. Teoretická část práce se zabývá představením kofeinu, jeho výskytem v přírodninách a použitím v produktech určených pro konzumaci. Významný úsek je věnován popisu působením kofeinu na lidský organismus. Nosnou částí práce je průzkum, zkoumající míru informovanosti vlivu kofeinu na lidský organismus u adolescentů české republiky. Průzkumné šetření se také dotýká témat, která zjišťují, v jaké míře konzumenti mají povědomí o obsahu kofeinu v nápojích a jiných pochutinách. The main topic of this Bachelor thesis is the research dedicated to the level of awareness effect of caffeine on the human body of adolescentc population of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of my work is introducing caffeine, its presence in natural items and its use as an additive to food products. A part of the thesis is describing influence of caffeine on the human body. The main part of the thesis is consisted of the research which concentrates on level of awareness effect of caffeine on the human body of adolescentc population of the Czech Republic. The research also includes parts which should establish to which consumers are aware of the content of caffeine in beverages and other food supplements containing caffeine on consumers' organisms.
