Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku aktivizace a aktivního života seniorů vrámciklubu pro seniory. Jednou z možností je právě aktivizace seniorů v rámci klubu. Tyto činnosti nabízejí klientům udržení a zlepšování jejich schopností a dovedností. Aktivity by měly být dostupné, měly by zaujmout co nejvíce klientů a zároveň odpovídat jejich potřebám adovednostem. Teoretická část se zaobírá stářím a stárnutím a jejich změnami, charakteristikou sociální práce se seniory, dále pak popisuje vybrané techniky aktivizace, které lze v rámciklubu pro seniory využít. Navazuji charakteristikou klubu Staroměstská v Českých Budějovicích, ve kterém probíhal výzkum. Praktická část je orientovaná na zjištění možností aktivizace v klubech pro seniory. Hlavní metodou sběru dat bylo vyplňování dotazníků, na jejichž základě došlo k ověření hypotéz. Výhody aktivizačních činností jsou zřetelné hned v několika sférách. Za nejpodstatnější považuji oblast společenskou, kdy aktivizace dává klientům smysl života a možnosti využití volného času. The bachelor work is focused on the issue of activation and active lives of seniors within the purview of the seniors club. One of the possibilities is the activation of seniors within the purview of the club. These activities offer the seniors keeping and improving their abilities and skills. The activities should be accessible, they should catch the interest of as many seniors as possible and at the same time reflect their needs and aptitudes. The theoretical part deals with old age and ageing and their changes, the characteristics of social work with seniors, it further describes selected techniques of activation which are used within the purview of the club. A characteristics of the Staroměstská club in České Budějovice follows, the club where the research has been realized. The practical part is oriented to finding out possible activation in the seniors clubs. The main method of getting such information were questionnaires. Based on them, the hypotheses have been verified. The advantages of activating activities were obvious in more aspects. I consider the most important the social aspect, as the activation provides the clients with meaningful life and a way to spend their free time.
