[cze][eng] Tématem bakalářské práce je zjištění spokojenosti uživatelů Domova pro seniory Ždírec. Teoretická část se skládá se čtyř základních okruhů. První z nich je zaměřen na vymezení stáří, stárnutí a změny tělesné, sociální a kognitivní, které vyšší věk přináší. Dále jsou popsány vědní obory, které se zabývají stářím, jako je geriatrie. Další kapitola vysvětluje pojmy senior, ageismus, životní spokojenost a stručně nastiňuje postavení seniorů v dnešní společnosti. Třetí okruh se týká sociálních služeb, které jsou poskytovány seniorům, včetně jejich financování a Zákon č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách. Závěr teoretické části je věnován samotnému Domovu pro seniory Ždírec, ve kterém byl proveden výzkum. V empirické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jak jsou uživatelé Domova pro seniory Ždírec spokojeni s poskytovanými sociálními službami. Zmapována byla spokojenost v oblasti stravování, ubytování, přístupu personálu a volnočasových aktivitách. K získání výsledků byla využita strategie kvalitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výsledky budou sloužit především Domovu pro seniory Ždírec. Na základě výzkumu může zkvalitnit poskytované služby a tím zvýšit spokojenost svých uživatelů. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že většina uživatelek domova není spokojena s poskytovanou stravou, či je spokojena pouze částečně. S ubytováním, pokud jde o vzhled a vybavení vlastního pokoje, jsou všechny dotazové uživatelky zcela spokojeny. Avšak míra spokojenosti klesla s dotazem na soukromí v pokojích, jehož některé seniorky nemají dostatek. S přístupem personálu je spokojena naprostá většina uživatelek, avšak převládala nespokojenost s časovými možnostmi zdravotních sester. Nabídka volnočasových aktivit je dle výpovědí zcela dostačující. Uživatelky by si přály častěji vycestovat mimo domov, chybí jim zvířata a uváděly, že je domov velmi finančně náročný. Mezi přednosti domova patří mimo jiné neomezené návštěvní hodiny a nedávná rekonstrukce vnitřních i venkovních prostor. Pozitivním zjištěním bylo, že nadpoloviční většina uživatelek hodností svůj současný život jako spokojený. The theme of the bachelor thesis is to determine satisfaction of users in Home for the elderly Ždírec. The theoretical part consists of four basic areas. The first one is focused on the definition of old age, aging, physical, social and cognitive changes, which the higher age brings. Further there are described scientific disciplines that deal with old age, such as geriatrics. The next chapter explains the concepts senior, ageism, life satisfaction, and it briefly outlines the status of seniors in today's society. The third area concerns the social services that are provided to seniors, including their funding and Act no. 108/2006 Coll. about social services. The end of the theoretical part is devoted to the Home for the elderly Ždírec itself in which the research was conducted. In the empirical part there are evaluated the results of the research, whose main objective was to determine how the users of the Home for the elderly Ždírec are satisfied with the provided social services. There was performed the mapping of satisfaction of meals, accommodation, staff access and leisure time activities. To obtain the results there was used qualitative research strategy through a semi-structured interview. The results will serve mainly to the Home for the elderly Ždírec. Based on the research the home can improve the provided services and thereby increase the satisfaction of its users. The research showed that most home users are not satisfied with the provided food or they are satisfied only partially. All the questioned users are fully satisfied with the accommodation in terms of design and equipment of their rooms. However, the satisfaction rate dropped when asking about the privacy in the rooms, some seniors do not have enough of it. The vast majority of users is satisfied with the staff but there was prevailing dissatisfaction with the amount of time of the nurses. The offer of leisure activities is sufficient according to the testimony. The users would like to travel outside the home more frequently, they miss animals and they stated that the home is very expensive. Among the advantages of the home are unlimited visiting hours and the recent reconstruction of indoor and outdoor premises. A positive finding was that the absolute majority of users evaluate their current life as satisfied.
