[cze][eng] V posledních desetiletích dochází v naší kultuře k posunu ve vnímání mateřské a otcovské role v rodině. Za typické rysy tohoto trendu se považuje, že otcové se více přibližují k domácnosti a matky se emancipují a jejich role se v řadě ohledů přibližuje roli tradičně vnímané jako "mužská". Mění se i přístup k výchově dětí a k péči o ně a podíl partnerů na péči a jejich role při výchově. Práce se zaměřuje na různé aspekty tohoto trendu a na příkladu změn pojetí rolí v rodině napříč třemi generacemi dokumentuje jeho konkrétní podobu a zdroje. Teoretická část shrnuje současné poznatky o rodině. První kapitola je věnována způsobům definice rodiny, vývoji rodiny, historickému kontextu a charakteristikou pro jednotlivá historická období. Další část textu se zabývá funkcemi rodiny a její funkčností, dále formám uspořádání rodiny a typologii rodin včetně alternativních forem soužití. Dále pojednává o proměnách rodiny v postmoderní společnosti, včetně proměn mateřské a otcovské role, a o současných trendech ve vývoji rodiny. Věnuje se i rodinným tradicím a rituálům a mezigeneračnímu přenosu vzorců a rolí. Empirická část vychází z výzkumu, který byl koncipován jako intenzivní kvalitativní sonda, sběr dat probíhal formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci 3 generací v rámci jedné rodiny. Cílem práce bylo retrospektivně sledovat proměny chápání mateřské a otcovské role v rodině v rámci tří generací. Dále jsem se zaměřila na vzájemné postoje jednotlivých generací a vliv rodinných tradic a individuální volby životního stylu. Na základě těchto cílů byly stanoveny čtyři výzkumné otázky: 1) Měnily se role v průběhu generací? 2) Jak, v čem a z jakých důvodů se role měnily? 3) Jaké jsou vzájemné postoje jednotlivých generací? 4) Jaký vliv mají tradice na rodinu a individuální volbu životního stylu? Prezentace výsledků začíná stručným převyprávěním životních příběhů respondentů, následuje tematická analýza odpovědí respondentů podle stanovených okruhů. Patří k nim očekávání od manželství, péče o děti, výchova dětí, dělení práce, podíl na rozhodování, zajištění rodiny, soudržnost rodiny a volný čas rodiny, významné události a momenty rodiny, kariéra, vliv společnosti na rodinu, osamostatnění dětí a jejich rodiny. V této části je provedena i pracovní interpretace a komparace mezi odpověďmi respondentů různých generací. Interpretaci výsledků ve vztahu k výzkumným otázkám je věnována následující samostatná pasáž. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že role se měnily nejen v průběhu generací, ale jsou odlišné i v rámci jedné linie. Role se měnily ve více oblastech, rozdíly byly patrné v pojetí mateřské a otcovské role a to především v zapojení otce do péče o dítě. Na tyto změny měly vliv i celospolečenské faktory, jako je délka rodičovské dovolené a měnící se podíl institucionální péče. Častým individuálním důvodem změny byla negativní nebo dokonce traumatizující zkušenost. Co se týče vzájemných postojů jednotlivých generací, je navzdory změnám zřejmé, že mladší generace přebíraly zkušenosti a vzory od generací starších. Na rodinu mají vliv tradice, které se příslušníci následujících generací buď rozhodli dále dodržovat, anebo na základě zkušenosti dali přednost individuální změně životní stylu. K tradicím v tomto smyslu patří např. samozřejmost svatby při očekávání potomka. Objevují se i specifické tradice, typické pouze pro danou rodinu. Diskuse se zaměřuje na srovnání výzkumných zjištění s poznatky z odborné literatury. Většina zjištění je konzistentní s literárními zdroji. V rodině se objevují jak nové trendy, mezi které patří samozřejmé zaměstnání ženy, zapojení otce do domácnosti, tak i tradiční přístup, kdy otec plní především roli živitele a matka se stará o děti a domácnost. Vliv na výchovu dětí mělo i to, jak byli respondenti sami vychováváni. Potvrdilo se, že pokud byl respondent vychováván nepříznivě, sám se pak rozhodl vlastní děti vychovávat jinak. Dále respondenti uváděli silný vliv společnosti na rodinu. There has been recognized a visible shift within the family roles in recent years. The typical features of this shift are regarding the father´s role primarily the very strong movement of getting closer to the household and regarding the mother´s role the noticeable changeover connected with the trend of emancipation of mothers and adopting the traditional male role by women. Also the attitude towards the education of children and care for them, and the participation and share in their education has been changing over the recent years. This thesis focuses on various aspects of these current trends and illustrates them factually in form and cause - with the real example of the family roles across the three-generation family sample. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the contemporary knowledge and facts about a family. The first part is focused on the definition of the family, its evolution and development within the historical context together with the depiction of the individual historical periods. The next part is dedicated to the description of various functions of the family and the forms of the family arrangement and organization. It also includes the detailed typology of families including its alternative forms. Further describes the changes of the family in a postmodern society primarily, in the greatest extent the distinct shift within the mother´s and father´s roles. Consequently, it also characterizes the new trends. It is also dedicated to the description of family traditions and rituals and the transfer of the behavioral patterns and the family roles across the generations. The empirical part comes out of the research designed as an intensive qualitative test. Collection of information has been carried out in a form of semistructured interviews with the representatives of three generations within one family. The aim was to follow retrospectively the changes in the character of mother´s and father´s roles and to find out the mutual attitudes of the individual generations. Also, aim was to find out the if there is any impact of family traditions to the choices of possible lifestyle of a single individual person. Based on these aims there were defined four main questions of the research:1) Have the family roles changed within the generations? 2) How, why and in what extent have the family roles changed? 3) What are the mutual attitudes of the individual generations? 4) In what extent do the family traditions influence the family itself and also the choice of possible lifestyle of a single individual person? The presentation of results starts with the brief characteristic of life stories of respondents. It is followed by the thematic analysis of the answers of respondents according the previously stated range of questions. This part contains the draft of interpretation and comparison of the answers of respondents from different generations. The detailed interpretation is depicted in the following separate passage of the thesis. The conclusions of the survey confirm there has been existing a change of family roles not only within the individual generations but also in one family line. The differences in changing mother´s and father´s roles appeared strongly primarily in the involvement of a father in the education and care for children. This is influenced by the impact of society and social factors (e.g. the length of maternity leave or changing proportion of institutional care). The frequent reason for a change in roles are also the negative or even traumatic experience of respondents. On the other hand there has been confirmed that the family is influenced by the family traditions transferred over the family line there is the point of the choice of one individual whether he chooses to follow them or not. There also exist the very specific family traditions typical only of one individual family.
