[cze][eng] Abstrakt Tématem bakalářské práce je Podpora zdravého životního stylu u romských žen. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. V teoretické části je popisována charakteristika romského etnika, dále se v této práci definují pojmy jako je zdraví, prevence a nemoc, jednotlivé složky zdravého a nezdravého životního stylu. Poslední oblast v teoretické části bakalářské práce je věnovaná roli porodní asistentky. Prvním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda romské ženy získávají informace o zdravém životním stylu od porodních asistentek. Druhý cíl se zaměřoval na to, zda romské ženy dodržují zásady zdravého životního stylu. Byly položeny dvě výzkumné otázky: Jakým způsobem porodní asistentky edukují romské ženy o zdravém životním stylu? A jakým způsobem romské ženy dodržují zdravý životní styl? V praktické části bakalářské práce byla použita kvalitativní metoda, technika sběru dat probíhala pomocí individualizovaných rozhovorů. Podkladem k rozhovoru byly předem připravené otázky, které sloužily k usnadnění při zpracování výsledků. Otázky byly zaměřené na zdravý životní styl. Respondentky tak mohly vyjádřit svůj názor s daným tématem. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 5 romských žen od 18 do 55 let, které žijí na různých místech České republiky a 5 porodních asistentek pracujících v gynekologických ordinacích. Rozhovory probíhaly na předem domluveném místě, kde měly ženy dostatek soukromí k tomu, aby vyjádřily svůj názor. Před provedením rozhovoru měly respondentky možnost podepsat Žádost o souhlas ke spolupráci, ve které byla zdůrazněna anonymita dat. Také byly dopředu seznámeny s tím, že rozhovory budou využity pro potřeby bakalářské práce. Tuto žádost všechny ženy podepsaly. Rozhovory byly nahrávány na diktafon a následně zapisovány. Podle získaných informací byly utvořeny hlavní kategorie a k nim významové podkategorie pomocí barvení textu. Ve výzkumném šetření s romskými ženami byly stanoveny dvě hlavní kategorie. První kategorie Životní styl romských žen a k ní byly stanoveny podkategorie Výživa, Volný čas, Návykové látky, Stres a Intimní hygiena. Druhá hlavní kategorie Znalosti romských žen obsahuje podkategorie Prevence, Sexualita, Antikoncepce, Získané informace a Zdroj edukace. Při zpracování výsledků ve výzkumném šetření s porodními asistentkami vznikla jedna hlavní kategorie Edukace romských žen, která zahrnuje podkategorie Výživa, Pohybová aktivita, Návykové látky, Intimní hygiena, Sexualita, Antikoncepce, Prevence a Způsob edukace. Ve výsledcích výzkumu jsou zaznamenány odpovědi romských žen na otázky týkajících se zdravého životního stylu a také odpovědi porodních asistentek, jak edukují romské ženy v této oblasti. Bakalářská práce poukázala na oblasti, ve kterých mají romské ženy málo znalostí. Jejich nedostatek informací mnohdy vede k tomu, že se romské ženy nevědomě vystavují rizikovému chování, které má negativní vliv na lidský organismus. Nedostatek znalostí mají např. v oblastech týkajících se antikoncepce, intimní hygieny, prevence před pohlavně přenosnými chorobami a také prevence před karcinomem prsů. Naopak romské ženy mají dostatek informací v oblasti umělého přerušení těhotenství, většinou je to způsobeno tím, že interrupce znají z vlastní zkušenosti. Výsledky výzkumného šetření poukázaly na to, že romské ženy nedodržují zásady zdravého životního stylu. Z odpovědí porodních asistentek vyplynulo, na jakou oblast zdravého životního stylu by se měly více zaměřit ve své edukaci. Porodní asistentky by měly klást větší důraz na edukaci v oblasti výživy, pohybové aktivity, odpočinku, spánku, a také by měly romské ženy informovat o prevenci před karcinomem tlustého střeva. Z výzkumného šetření je zřejmé, že porodní asistentky nekladou na příliš velkou hodnotu zpětné vazbě, jelikož z rozhovorů vyplynulo, že odpovědi romských žen a porodních asistentek se v mnoha oblastech liší. Abstract Bachelor work theme is support of healthy lifestyle of gipsy women. Bachelor work is separated into two parts - part theoretical and experimental. In the theoretical part there is described characteristic of gipsy ethnicity, further are defined notions such as health, prevention, illness, individual parts of healthy and unhealthy of lifestyle. Last section in the theoretical part of this bachelor work is given to task of midwife. First goal of this work was to find out, whether gipsy women are obtains information about healthy lifestyle from midwifes. Second goal was focussed on whether gipsy women follow conventions of healthy lifestyle. Two experimental questions were asked: How are gipsy women informed about healthy lifestyle from midwife? And how the gipsy women keep healthy lifestyle? In practical part of this bachelor work the qualitative method was used. Data gathering was executed by the individualized talks. Basis of the talk were sets of prepared questions which helped with simplification of processing of answers. Questions were focused on healthy lifestyle. Respondents could explain their opinion on the theme. Experimental set was formed of 5 gipsy women from 18 to 55 years living on different places of the Czech Republic and 5 midwifes working in gynaecological attendances. The talks proceeded on before appointed places where the women had enough privacy to express their opinion. Before talking the respondents have had a possibility to sign Application agreement of cooperation in which was guaranteed anonymity of data. Before this agreement they were also informed about using these talks for needs of bachelor work. This request all women underwrote. Talks were recorded to the Dictaphone and consequently wrote. On base of the gathering information were formed main categories and subcategories by the help of colouring of the text. In experimental investigation of gipsy women were determined two major categories. First category - gipsy women lifestyle and within there were determined subcategories: diet, free time, drugs, stress and intimate hygiene. Second major category - knowledge of gipsy women included subcategories: prevention, sex, contraception, received information and source of education. During processing results in experimental investigation with midwives was determined one major category: Education of gipsy women that includes subcategories: diet, physical activities, drugs, intimate hygiene, sex, contraception, prevention and way of education. In results of the research are recorded answers of gipsy women to questions about healthy lifestyle as well as answers of midwives how do they teach gipsy women about it. Bachelor work pointed where gipsy women have got not enough information. Their lack of information often causes that the gipsy women are unknowingly exposed to risk behaviour that has negative influence on human organism. They are not well informed about dealing with contraception, intimate hygiene, prevention before sexually illness as well as prevention of breast carcinoma. On the other side gipsy women have sufficient information in the area of pregnancy interruption. Mostly it is because they have their own experiences with it. Results of this investigation show that gypsy women don't keep on healthy lifestyle. From the answers of midwives results on which theme of healthy lifestyle they should focused on during their education. They should force on education of healthy diet, physical activities, relaxation, sleeping. They also should inform gipsy women about prevention of large intestine cancer. The results show that there is no feedback because answers of women and midwives were different in many ways.
