Senzomotorická stimulace úzce souvisí s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem a je využívána pro terapii funkčních poruch pohybového aparátu. Metodika se skládá z mnoha cviků, z nichž nejdůležitější jsou prvky ve vertikále. Vlivem senzomotorické stimulace dochází ke zvýšení aferentace z kožních exteroreceptorů a proprioreceptorů, které vychází ze svalů a kloubů. Můžeme tedy říci, že díky senzomotorické stimulaci, která vychází z plosky nohy, můžeme předejít vzniku funkčních poruch pohybového aparátu, tím pádem můžeme pozitivně ovlivnit recidivující vertebrogenní algický syndrom. Cílem teoretické části je podat informace o vlivu senzomotorické stimulace na vertebrogenní algický syndrom, podat obecné informace o anatomii páteře a nohy, a v poslední řadě podat informace o vzniku onemocnění, metodikách a fyzioterapeutických postupech při léčbě vertebrogenního algického syndromu na podkladě senzomotorické stimulace. Speciální část se skládá z kvalitativního výzkumu, která byla zpracována formou kazuistik u tří osob. U pacientů bylo provedeno vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření. Dále byla odebrána anamnéza od těchto osob. Terapie probíhala po dobu čtyř měsíců, kdy jsem se s pacienty scházela dva až třikrát do měsíce individuálně, podle času pacientů. Terapie probíhala v Rehabilitačním a regeneračním centru v Borovanech. Cílem speciální části bylo nastínit, zda senzomotorická stimulace a další fyzioterapeutické postupy mají pozitivní vliv na bolesti v oblasti páteře a dalších vertebrogenních algických syndromů. V přílohách se nachází fotodokumentace pacientů na začátku a na konci terapie a dále pedoskopické vyšetření pacientů opět na začátku a na konci terapie. Vertebrogenní algický syndrom je téma, které je velice rozsáhlé a určitě by se dalo popsat a podrobněji rozepsat v dalších odborných pracích. Toto téma je velice zajímavé a širokospektré, pro další výzkumy a terapie. Sensorimotor stimulation is closely linked to vertebral algic syndrome and is used for the treatment of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system. The methodology consists of many exercises from which the most important are the elements in the vertical. Due to sensorimotor stimulation it comes to the incensement of afferents from the skin exteroreceptors and proprioreceptors, which are based on the muscles and joints. Therefore we can say that thanks to the sensorimotor stimulation, which is based at the bottom of the foot, we can prevent the formation of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, thus we can positively influence the recurrent vertebral algic syndrome. The purpose of the theoretical part is to provide information on the effect of the sensorimotor stimulation on the vertebral algic syndrome, provide general information about the anatomy of the spine and legs, and at last provide information about the origin of the disease, methodics and physiotherapeutic procedures while treating the vertebral algic syndrome on the basis of sensorimotor stimulation. The specialized part consists of a qualitative research, which compiles by case studies of three people. An input and output kinesiology examination was performed to the patients. Also, there was taken medical history of the patients. The therapy lasted for four months. I met the patients two to three times a month individually, depending on their time. The therapy took place at the Rehabilitation and regeneration center in Borovany. The aim of the specialized part was to outline whether the sensorimotor stimulation and other physiotherapy practices have a positive effect on the pain in the spine and other vertebral algic syndrome. The supplements include photo documentations of patients at the beginning and at the end of the therapy and also examination of the bottom of the feet of patients at the beginning and at the end of the therapy as well. Vertebral algic syndrome is a very extensive topic and certainly could be described in more detail and would expand in other professional work. This topic is very interesting and wide for further research and therapy.
