[cze][eng] Tato práce je zaměřena na Morbus Scheuermann, její podstatu a možnosti terapie pacientů. Cílem práce je přiblížit čtenáři nemoc, jejíž podstata nebyla dosud objasněna a ověřit si kladný přínos fyzické aktivity na pacientův stav. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám Scheuermannovou chorobou. Snažím se zde přiblížit podstatu nemoci, její etiologii, diagnostiku a také možnosti léčby. Také je zde kapitola věnována možnostem dnešní fyzioterapie, která je již neodmyslitelnou součástí léčby jakékoliv nemoci. Teoretická část je zpracována rešerší ze zdrojů uvedených v práci. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na možnosti pohybové terapie u pacientů s tímto onemocněním. Vypracoval jsem jednotný cvičební plán, který probandi dodržovali. Plán se zaměřil na zlepšení hybnosti páteře, protažení zkrácených svalových skupin, posílení oslabených svalů a celkovou korekci stranových dysbalancí u pacientů. Před zahájením cvičení jsem si probandy vyšetřil. Poté pacienti začali dodržovat mnou navržený krátkodobý i dlouhodobý plán. Po uplynutí tří měsíců jsem si tyto pacienty vyšetřil stejnými metodami jako před zahájením cvičení. Zjištěné výsledky jsem následně porovnal, abych zjistil vliv fyzické aktivity na průběh onemocnění a jeho následky. V práci je také navržen dlouhodobý plán, ve kterém pacientovi předkládám rady a možnosti, jak zlepšit jeho pracovní podmínky, upravit jeho chybné pohybové stereotypy a také jaké sportovní aktivity jsou pro něho vhodné. U všech tří pacientů došlo ke zlepšení stavu ve všech aspektech, na které jsem se zaměřil se svým krátkodobým plánem. Ať už se jedná o vyrovnání stranových nesouměrností, nebo o posílení svalového korzetu. Z výsledků vyplývá, že fyzické aktivita je vhodná jako korekční prostředek již vzniklých stranových dysbalancí a kyfotického držení těla. Také je možnost využít cvičení jako rehabilitaci po prodělání nemoci. Využití pohybové léčby jako důležitého doplňku konzervativní terapie a především korzetoterapie, je dnes již naprostou samozřejmostí. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že správná fyzická zátěž je přínosem u nemoci, která způsobuje deformity páteře a omezuje hybnost postiženého segmentu. This work focuses on morbus Scheuermann, its essence and possibilities in therapy of patients. The aim of this thesis is to make the reader familiar with a disease, which has an unknown origin, and to verify the positive benefits of physical activity for the patient's condition. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the Scheuermann's disease. I am trying to approach the nature of the disease, its etiology, the possibilities in diagnosing of the disease and the treatment options. Also there is a chapter devoted to the possibilities of today's physiotherapy, which is an inherent part of the treatment of any disease. The theoretical part is processed like research from the sources listed in the work. In the practical part, I focused on the possibilities of exercise therapy for patients with this disease. I created a consistent exercise plan, according to which the chosen clients exercised. The plan is focused on improving spinal mobility, stretching of shortened muscle groups, strengthening of weak muscles and overall correction of lateral imbalances of the patient's bodies. Before the beginning of the exercise, I examined clients. After that, the patients began to follow my proposed short-term and long-term plan. After three months, I examined these patients, using the same methods as I used before the exercise. Then I compared the results to see the effect of physical activity on the course of the disease and its consequences. The work also offers a long-term plan in which advising the patient and suggesting possible ways how to improve his/hers working conditions, adjust his faulty movement patterns and also which sport activities are suitable for him/her. All three patients reported improvement in all aspects, on which I focused in the short-term plan. Be it a lateral asymmetry, or the strengthening of the muscle corset. The results imply that physical activity is suitable as a correction method of already existing lateral imbalances and kyphotic posture. There is also the possibility of using exercise as rehabilitation after the disease. The fact, that physical therapy is an important supplement to the conservative therapy, especially to the bracing therapy, is undisputed nowadays. The main result of this thesis is that the right physical activities are beneficial for the therapy of the spine deforming disease, as well as for the risk reduction of segment mobility impairment occurrence.
