[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce na téma Ošetřovatelská péče o dutinu ústní u hospitalizovaných pacientů se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s různým stupněm soběstačnosti. Cílem práce bylo zjistit způsob realizace ošetřovatelské péče o dutinu ústní u hospitalizovaných pacientů na vybraných odděleních s ohledem na stupeň jejich soběstačnosti a celkový zdravotní stav. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na anatomii dutiny ústní, dentální hygienu, pomůcky k dentální hygieně, ošetřovatelský proces při zajištění hygieny dutiny ústní hospitalizovaných pacientů, měření soběstačnosti pacientů. V práci je také popsán postup dentální hygieny dle soběstačnosti pacienta a úloha sestry. V práci jsou rovněž popsány techniky čištění zubů. V závěru teoretické práce se autorka zabývá dentální hygienou dle soběstačnosti pacienta, která by měla být ze strany sester poskytována pacientům individuálně, dle jejich zvyklostí a aktuálních potřeb. Praktická část bakalářské práce, obsahuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován na neurologickém oddělení, interním oddělení, chirurgické jednotce intenzivní péče a 2. oddělení následné péče Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s. Pro zjištění potřebných údajů byla zvolena strategie kvalitativního výzkumu, metody dotazování, techniky sběru dat polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a metody skrytého zúčastněného pozorování. Získané informace z rozhovorů byly zpracovány kvalitativní analýzou pomocí metody barvení textu. Na základě opakovaného pročítání dat bylo vytvořeno 11 kategorií. V popisovaných výsledcích je text doplňován přímou výpovědí respondentů, tento text je označen kurzívou a je uveden v uvozovkách. V šetření byly stanoveny následující otázky: Jakým způsobem provádějí všeobecné sestry péči o dutinu ústní u hospitalizovaných pacientů? Provádějí všeobecné sestry péči o dutinu ústní dle standardu vybraného zařízení? Poskytují všeobecné sestry stejnou ošetřovatelskou péči o dutinu ústní u ranní i večerní hygieny? Jakou formou zjišťují všeobecné sestry soběstačnost pacienta v provedení hygieny o dutinu ústní? Z výsledků výzkumného šetření vyplývá, že sestry znají možnosti péče a prostředky v péči o dutinu ústní, ale už není jejich prioritou zjišťovat návyky pacientů týkající se péče o dutinu ústní a tak poskytují pacientům ošetřovatelskou péči o dutinu ústní obdobnou bez ohledu na jejich zvyklosti. Výsledky ukazují, že sestry jsou neznalé v oblasti technik čištění zubů. U každého pacienta sestry čistí zuby stejným způsobem.This bachelor thesis Nursing care of the oral cavity deals with phenomena of nursing care for patients with varying degrees of self-sufficiency. The main aim of the research was to determine the manner of implementation of nursing oral care for hospitalized patients in selected wards with respect to their degree of self-sufficiency and overall health. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of thesis deals mainly with anatomy of the oral cavity, dental hygiene and dental hygiene aids, nursing process in providing oral hygiene for hospitalized patients and measuring patient's self-sufficiency. The paper also describes the procedure for dental hygiene care according to the level of self-sufficiency of the patient and the nurse's role. Furthermore brushing teeth techniques are described. In the conclusion of the first part author deals with dental hygiene according to the patient's self-sufficiency, which should be provided by nurses to patients individually, according to their habits and current needs. The second practical oriented part introduces the results of qualitative research, which was carried out in the neurology department, department of internal medicine, surgical intensive care unit and 2nd Aftercare unit of Hospital České Budějovice, Inc., The realized research was based on the strategy of qualitative research, mainly the questionnaire method, the semi-structured interview, and the method of cover observation. The information obtained from the interviews were processed by qualitative analysis using the method of coloring the text. Based on rereading the data was created 11 categories. The results described text is supplemented by direct respondents' answers, the text is marked in italics and is in quotation marks. The empirical survey is trying to answer the following questions: How do nurses perform oral care in hospitalized patients? Do nurses perform the oral care according to the organization standard? Do nurses provide same oral care at morning and evening hygiene? How do nurses classify the level of patient's self-sufficiency for oral cavity care? The results of the survey show that nurses know the options and means of oral care, but they don't pay bigger attention to identify patient's habits on oral care and provide nursing care to patients similar regardless of their habits. The results show that nurses are unfamiliar with the teeth brushing techniques. For each patient, nurse cleans the teeth in the same way.
