[cze][eng] Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na problematiku uplatňování absolventů škol na současném trhu práce v Českobudějovickém regionu. Tato problematika je v posledních letech velmi aktuálním tématem, protože právě absolventi patří ke skupinám, které jsou nejvíce ohroženy na trhu práce. Českobudějovický region si v oblasti nezaměstnanosti, v porovnání s ostatními regiony, vede poměrně příznivě, což dokazuje i ta skutečnost, že průměrný roční podíl nezaměstnaných obyvatel na Českobudějovicku se pohyboval pod průměrem České republiky i pod průměrem Jihočeského kraje. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na pojmy, které souvisejí s nezaměstnaností definováním jejich příčin, rozdělením nezaměstnanosti, důsledky a aktuálním stavem nezaměstnanosti. Dále jsem charakterizovala Českobudějovický region a zaměřila se na aktivní a pasivní politiku zaměstnanosti. Současně s tím jsem zmínila specifické programy zaměřené na absolventy, díky kterým jsou absolventi zaměstnáváni a díky nimž se i situace absolventů zlepšuje. Cílem mé práce bylo zhodnotit nezaměstnanost absolventů škol na Českobudějovicku a nalézt řešení této problematiky. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že nezaměstnanost absolventů v tomto regionu, v porovnání s ostatními, nelze považovat za tak alarmující. Z nejvíce ohrožených skupin na trhu práce patří absolventi k těm, kteří jsou nezaměstnaností ohroženi nejméně. Výzkum jsem prováděla dotazníkovým šetřením, sekundární analýzou dat a dále pak polostandardizovanými rozhovory, které slouží k celkovému dokreslení tématu očima odborníků. Ve výzkumné části jsem porovnávala názory absolventů a ostatních nezaměstnaných. Z dotazníků vyplývá, že absolventi jsou méně skeptičtí v hledání zaměstnání než ostatní nezaměstnaní a mnohdy si myslí, že k ohroženým skupinám vůbec nepatří. Což souvisí s tím, že ostatní nezaměstnaní již mají určité opodstatněné, reálné zkušenosti s trhem práce, zatímco absolventi, jejichž problémy vyplývají často z rozporů mezi jejich vzděláním a požadavky zaměstnavatelů, si své reálné možnosti často neuvědomují. Charakteristické je také často to, že projevují nezájem o manuální a řemeslnou práci. Tato skupina je dále charakteristická nereálnými požadavky na nástupní mzdu, případně vychází z představy okamžitého nástupu do vyšší pracovní pozice. Celkově lze říci, že absolventi představují spíše optimisticky uvažující skupinu nezaměstnaných a jsou mimo jiné i toho názoru, že v případě nezaměstnanosti se o ně stát postará. In the bachelor thesis, I focus on the topic of possibilities for graduates to find a job in the present-day labour market in South Bohemian region. This issue has recently been very current topic, because the graduates belong to the most threaten categories on the labour market. In terms of unemployment South Bohemian region deals with the situation well. It can be supported by the fact that the average annual share of unemployed inhabitants in South Bohemian region was lower than the average of the Czech Republic and South Bohemia's average as well. The theoretical part is concerned with the terms that are related to the unemployment - the causes of unemployment, the division of unemployment, its consequences and the present situation of unemployment are pointed out. South Bohemian region is characterized and I concentrate on the active and passive employment policy. Further, I mention the specific programmes that focus on the graduates. Thanks to these programmes the graduates are employed, and as a result of that the situation has improved. The aim of the work is to analyse the unemployment of the graduates in South Bohemian region and to find out a solution to this problem. According to the research, the unemployment of graduates in this region, compared to the others, is not considered as alarming. Within the most threaten category in the labour market, the graduates belong to the least threaten ones. My research was based on a questionnaire, an analysis of secondary data and semi-structured interviews, which illustrate the topic from the point of view of the experts. The practical part points out the comparison of the opinions of graduates and other unemployed people. According to the questionnaires, the graduates are less sceptical in terms of looking for a job than the others. The graduates are sometimes persuaded that they do not belong to this category. It is connected with the fact that while other unemployed people have previous experience with the labour market, the graduates, whose difficulties come from the difference between their education and the requirements of the employers, do not realize their actual possibilities. Typically, they show lack of interest in manual work and handcraft. Moreover this group is characteristic of unreal demands on the starting salary, eventually, they expect an immediate promotion. All in all, the graduates represent rather optimistic group of the unemployed, besides they think that in case of unemployment the state will take care of them.
