Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na vesnici Lštění v průběhu let 1750 až 2011. Práce je napsána na základě demografické analýzy obyvatelstva a geografické analýzy počtu obytných budov. První část práce se soustřeďuje na popis a vývoj demografické metody, která byla použita při zkoumání počtu obyvatelstva ve vsi Lštění. Druhá část obsahuje stručný popis a vývoj geografické metody. Ta byla použita pro zjištění počtu obytných budov, které se nacházejí v průběhu zkoumaných let ve vsi. V bakalářské práci se nachází i historie vesnice Lštění. Hlavním pramenným podkladem pro tuto bakalářskou práci se staly především archiválie nacházející se ve fondech Farního úřadu Lštění, umístěného ve Státním okresním archivu v Prachaticích, a Velkostatku Vimperk 1314 - 1949, umístěného ve Státním oblastním archivu v Třeboni v oddělení Českého Krumlova. Z již vydaných pramenů práci obohatil Historický lexikon obcí České republiky 1869 - 2005. The bachelor thesis is focused on the village Lštění the period since 1750 to 2011. It was written based on the demographic analysis populacion and the geographic analysis of the count of residential building. The first part of this bachelor thesis is aimed at a description and a progress of the demographic method that was used for a research number of a population in a village Lštění. The second part include a brief description and a progress of the geographic method. It was used for a finding out a number of living buildings that are situated in the village during researched years. History of the village Lštění is also found in the bachelor thesis. Archives, that are found in the fund of Farní úřad Lštění (the Parish Office Lštění), placed in the State Districtual Archive Prachatice and Velkostatek (Large farm) Vimperk 1314 - 1949 placed in the State Regional Archives in Třeboň, are the basis source for this bachelor thesis. The issued source Historický lexikon obcí České republiky 1869 - 2005 enriched this bachelor thesis.
