[cze][eng] Práce se zabývá vzdělávání žáků s tělesným postižením v běžných i speciálních základních školách. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu tělesného postižení a na jeho druhy. V další kapitola se orientuje v možnostech vzdělávání včetně integrace a jejich podmínek, činností poradenských zařízení a legislativní úpravy edukace. Naleznete zde i zmínku o historii přístupu k zdravotně postiženým. Jako hlavní prameny byly využity odborná literatura a důvěryhodné internetové zdroje. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jaký je postoj rodičů a pedagogických a dalších odborných pracovníků a samotných dětí s tělesným postižením na proces vzdělávání v běžných třídách hlavního vzdělávacího proudu a ve třídách základních škol speciálních. V této části práce je upřesněn výzkumný a dílčí cíl včetně výzkumných otázek, který byl realizován kvalitativním sběrem dat. Není zde opomenut ani charakter výběrového souboru a podrobný popis samotného výzkumu, který byl proveden polo-standardizovanými rozhovory a analýzou dokumentací žáka. Většina respondentů byla oslovena písemnou formou s žádostí o spolupráci zbylý jedinci kontaktována osobně. Výběrová skupina byla složena z jedinců, kteří odpovídali kritériím pro splnění výzkumného cíle. Následně bylo realizováno osobní setkání s respondenty ochotnými podílet se na výzkumné části práce. V práci nejsou uvedeny některé názvy zařízení a jméno respondentů z důvodu udržení anonymity, kterou vyžadovaly. Rozhovory probíhaly vždy v soukromí, individuálně bez přítomnosti jiných osob a byly většinou řízené podle předem připravených otázek, které byly uzpůsobeny dané věkové kategorii a úrovni respondentů. Výsledky výzkumné práce nelze aplikovat v obecné rovině ať už z důvodu nedostatečného počtu respondentů, malého okruhu zkoumaného vzorku populaci či jak se říká jiný kraj jiný mrav. Při analýze dat, které vznikly při rozhovorech s vybranými respondenty lze říci, že děti a žáci ve vybraném regionu mají relativně široké rozpětí ve výběru škol pro jejich edukaci, ale ne všechny školy jsou reálně připravené na příchod takového jedince a většině případů se brání těžší stupňům postižení. Problém bych spatřila v kvalitě poskytovaných služeb daných zařízení, které jsem měla možnost navštívit, což se ukázalo jako pokulhávající zejména běžných základních škol poskytující možnost integrace. V porovnání s legislativou nedochází k plnému souladu a dalo by se říci dokonce k nenaplnění v některých případech uvedených ve vyhlášce č. 73/2005 Sb. v pozdějším znění předpisů č. 147/2011 Sb. §3 o vzdělávání dětí, žáků a studentů se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami dětí a vzdělávání dětí, žáků a studentů mimořádně nadaných, ve školském zákoně č. 561/2004 Sb. o předškolním, zkladním, středním, vyšším odborném a jiném vzdělávání § 16 a v zákoně č. 563/2004 Sb. o pedagogických pracovních a o změně některých zákonů. Nejen, že se ukázala neznalost pedagogů někdy i částečná neochota se rozvíjet v potřebné oblasti, ale i celkový přístup pedagogických pracovníků na celý proces integrace dětí a žáků s tělesným postižením. Za nevyhovující nebo spíše za nedostatečnou bych též hodnotila informovanost a spolupráci rodičů ze strany poradenských zařízení a tak též ve spolupráci se školským zařízením. A zejména nekvalifikovanost asistentů pedagoga. Hlavním záměrem bylo zmapování dění v oblasti vzdělávání jedinců s tělesným postižením v regionu Benešovska a jeho přiblížení blízké veřejnosti, které se tato problematika týká. Práce by mohla být přínosem, jelikož zjištění by mohlo sloužit jako případný zdroj informací o případných kladech i negativech edukace v těchto zařízení a stejně tak by mohla být užitečná pro rodiče, studenty a jiné osoby, kterých se tato problematika týká. The dissertation deals with the education of students with handicappeds in the normal and special primary schools. The teoretical part is focused on the definition of disability and its types. Another chapter deals with the possibilities of education, including the integration and condition, activities, advisory institutions services and legislative modification of education. Here you will find a reference to the history of access to the disabled. As the main sources I used specialized literature. The objective of the study was to determine the attitude of parents, educators and other professionals as well their own children with handicappends in the educational process in currents mainstream classes and the classes in the special schools. In this part of the dissertation is specified the research and partial objective including the research question, which was implemented by the qualitative data collection. There is not ignored the character of the selective file and the detailed description of the research itself, which was executed by semi-standardized interviews and analysis of the student´s documentation. The majority of the respondents were approached in writing with a request for cooperation, the remaining individuals I contacted personally. Selected group was composed of individuals who answered the criteria for meeting the research objectives. Subsequently, it was realized a personal meeting with respondents willing to participate in the research part of the dissertation. There are not mentioned the names of some institutions and the names of the respondents in order to maintain anonymity, which they required. The interviews were executed always in private individuality without the presence to other people and were mostly driven by pre-prepared question that have been adapted to the ages and levels of respondents. The results cannot be applied in general, since it is a work with the character of case studies. During the analyzing process of the data that emerged from the interviews with selected respondents is possible to say that children and students in the selected region have relatively a wide range of choosing schools for their education. However, not all schools are really prepared for the arrival of individuals with handicappends, and unfortunately there is a preference for children with minor degrees of disability. The possible problem I would see in the quality of service of the specialized facilities that I had the opportunity to visit, which was unsatisfactory, especially the normal schools providing an opportunity for integration. In comparison which the legislation does not in the Decree no. 73/2005 Coll. and in the amended law no 147/2011 Coll. §3 concerning of the education children, pupils and students with special educational needs f children and the education of children, pupils and students in the Education Act. no 561/2004 Coll. regarding preschool, secondary and technical and other kind of education and § 16 in Act no. 563/2004 Coll. about teaching persons and amending certain acts. Not only does it showed ignorance teachers sometimes partial reluctance to develop in areas of need, but also the overall approach of teaching staff on the whole process of integration of children and pupils with physical disabilities. For unsatisfactory or rather inadequate, I also evaluated the awareness and cooperation of parents by counselling centers and thus also in cooperation with school facilities and particularly the incompetence of the teaching assistants of the teachers.The main objective was to map out what is happening in the education of individuals with disabilities in the region around the city Benešov and its close proximity to the public that this issues is concerned. The work could be beneficial, since the findings could serve as a potential source of information on the potential positives and negatives of education in these facilities as well as could be useful for parents a students.
