Diplomová práce se zabývá kalkulacemi nákladů vybraného podniku. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě analýzy odborných zdrojů týkající se manažerského účetnictví. Na základě této analýzy jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako náklady, kalkulace a kalkulační systém. Praktická část je aplikována na vybraný podnik. V této části práce je provedena analýza kalkulací vybraného podniku. V další části práce je návrh na zlepšení systému kalkulací, kterým je zavedení předběžné a výsledné kalkulace. V závěru práce je shrnut výsledek aplikace kalkulací. The aim of the thesis is to analyse costing, to asses the used costing methods in the company and to propose an improvement of the system of the costing in this company. The thesis is divided into 2 parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the practical part there is an analysis of costing of the company in the practical part. The result of this application is to compare the preliminary and final costing and the analysis of a variance.
