Tématem bakalářské práce je stavebně technický průzkum objektu, hodnocení stavu a návrh opatření. První část práce je zaměřena na literární přehled obsahující všeobecnou problematiku vzniku poruch ve stavbách s vysvětlením možných příčin a jejich následků. Druhá část se věnuje stavebně technickému průzkumu zvoleného objektu Tomkova mlýna. Součástí práce je návrh opatření zajišťující další možné bezpečné užívání objektu. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the structural technical survey of the object, the assessment of the situation and proposal of measures. The first part of the work is focused on the literary summary of the general issue of the emergence of failures in buildings, with an explanation of possible causes and their consequences. The second part is dedicated to building technical survey of the selected object - Tomkova of the mill. Part of the work is the proposal of measures to ensure further safe use of the object.
