Tato bakalářská práce věnuje pozornost afázii jako řečové poruše. Práce je rozdělena do části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části jsou rozebrána témata neurolingvistiky, řeči, mozku a afázie. Nejdelší kapitola věnující se afázii dále zohledňuje příčiny vzniku afázie, jednotlivé druhy afázií, diagnostiku a terapii afázie. Praktická část obsahuje jednotlivé kazuistiky afatických pacientů a jejich rozbor. The Bachelor thesis pay attention to the aphasia as a communication disorder. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part themes of the neurolinguistics, the speech, tha brain and the aphasia are analysed. The longest chapter focuses on causes of the aphasia, types of aphasia, the diagnosis and therapy of aphasia. The practical part includes single casuistry of three patients and the analysis.
