Bakalářská práce "Určení svislých posunů stavebního objektu pro účely managementu nemovitostí" se zabývá měřením svislých posunů na objektu. Uvedeny jsou zde právní předpisy, vyhlášky a normy, kterým měření svislých posunů podléhá. Popisuje metody, přístroje a pracovní pomůcky, které jsou k měření potřebné. Podrobněji jsou popsány měřičské chyby a míry přesnosti. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit výsledky zápisníků měření provedených v jednotlivých fázích stavby s porovnáním hodnot a výsledků vlastního měření. This bachelor thesis called Determinatoin of vertical displacements of the building for the purpose of real estate management deals with measurement of vertical displacement of the building. The thesis introduces also legal enactments, public notices and standards associated with the measurement of vertical displacements of the building. It describes the mistakes in measurement and accuracy rate in detail. The aim of this thesis is to assess the results of measurement documents created in individual stages of the costruction and compare them with the values and results of the every measurement.
