[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí u pacienta s poraněním obličeje. Poranění obličeje představuje synonymum pro spoustu druhů poranění. Pod tímto pojmem se nachází poranění měkkých tkání, obličejových etáží, zubů, nosu, oka, očnice, popáleniny, omrzliny, zlomeniny dolní a horní čelisti, zlomeniny Le Fort a luxace čelisti. Takto nemocný potřebuje kvalitní ošetřovatelskou péči, jejíž nositelkou je sestra. Sestra se orientuje ve specificích péče a ví, jak o nemocného pečovat. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Úvod teoretické části se skládá z druhů poranění obličeje. Na to již navazuje poranění měkkých tkání, dolní, střední a horní obličejové etáže. Dále práce pokračuje informacemi o příčinách onemocnění, vyšetřovacích metodách, první pomoci, léčbě, komplikacích a o péči orofaciální oblasti. Poté přichází téma, které obsahuje intervence u nemocného s poraněním obličeje v rámci ošetřovatelské péče. Nepostradatelná jsou témata pojednávající o hygieně dutiny ústní, převazech, bolesti a výživě. Dále jsou uvedeny komunikační schopnosti sestry a rehabilitace orofaciální oblasti. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem pomocí polostukturovaného rozhovoru, který je tvořen 17 otázkami. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří sestry traumatologického oddělení z Nemocnice České Budějovice a.s., které pečují o pacienty s poraněním obličeje. Rozhovory byly, po schválení hlavní a vrchní sestry, provedeny na příslušném oddělení, kde tyto sestry pracují. Rozhovory jsou naprosto anonymní, se svobodnou volbou zdravotní sestry. Po souhlasu staničních sester byly rozhovory na přání sester zaznamenány písemně na papír. Výzkumné šetření se uskutečnilo na začátku měsíce dubna 2014.This thesis deals with the nursing care of the patient with facial injuries. Injuries to the face is a synonym for many types of injuries. This term is a soft tissue injury, facial trays, teeth, nose, eye, orbit, burns, frostbite, fractures of the lower and upper jaws, Le Fort fractures and dislocations of the jaw. This, the patient needs nursing care quality, whose sister is a carrier. Sister focuses on the specifics of care and knows how to take care of the sick . The work includes theoretical and practical part. Introduction The theoretical part consists of the types of facial injuries. It builds on the already soft tissue injuries, lower, middle and upper face floor. The thesis continues with information about the causes of disease, diagnostic methods, first aid, treatment, complications and treatment of the orofacial region. Then comes the topic, which includes intervention in a patient with facial injuries within nursing care. Essential topics are dealing with oral hygiene, dressing, pain and nutrition. The following are the communication skills of nurses and rehabilitation of the orofacial region. The practical part consists of a qualitative research using semi-structured interview, which consists of 17 questions. The research sample consisted of nurses traumatology department of the Czech Budějovice Hospital a.s. taking care of patients with facial injuries. Interviews were, after approval of the principal and chief nurse at the appropriate department, where these nurses work. Chats are completely anonymous, a free choice of nurses. After approval of the nurses station to request interviews were sisters recorded in writing on paper. The research took place at the beginning of April 2014.
