Cílem této diplomové práce na téma "Řízení nákladů v podniku" je analýza řízení nákladů ve vybraném podniku a návrhy možných opatření na zefektivnění stávajícího modelu řízení v tomto podniku. The aim of this thesis is analysis the management costs of the chosen enterprise and suggestion of possible meansures to streamline the existing model of management in the enterprise.
