Pohledávky ovlivňují řadu stránek finančního hospodaření firem. Míra vlivu pohledávek na finanční hospodaření firmy závisí na jejich kvantitativní výši a podílu v majetkové struktuře. Samozřejmostí každého podniku by se mělo stát monitorování vývoje pohledávek v objemu, struktuře a čase. Firmy by své pohledávky měli mít ošetřené již před jejich vznikem, případně v době jejich vzniku. Důležité při řízení pohledávek jsou fáze prevence a fáze vymáhání. V obou fázích by měl podnik v maximální míře využívat prostředky, které zákon dává věřitelům k dispozici. V této práci chci zhodnotit systém řízení pohledávek v konkrétním podniku a výsledkem napomoci ostatním podnikům k zefektivnění, případně sestavení funkčního systému řízení pohledávek. Receivables affect many aspects of the company financial management. A degree of influence of the receivables on the financial management of the company depends on their quantitative amount and their share in the ownership structure. Of course, each enterprise should monitor the development of receivables in their volume, structure and time. The companies should treat their receivables before they occur, or at the time of their origin. The important phases at the management of the receivables are the prevention and enforcement. In both phases, the company should maximally utilize resources that the law makes available to creditors. In this thesis I want to evaluate the management system of the receivables in a specific company and the result should help other enterprises to streamline or build the functional management system of receivables.
