[cze][eng] Tématem bakalářské práce je cvičení u žen po porodu císařským řezem. Cvičení napomáhá rekonvalescenci ženy po císařském řezu, zároveň urychluje hojení a snižuje výskyt pooperačních komplikací. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je na základě odborné literatury popsána historie, indikace k císařskému řezu, metody císařského řezu, druhy anestezie a možné komplikace po císařském řezu. Dále se práce věnuje roli porodní asistentky v předoperační a pooperační péči o ženu při porodu císařským řezem. Popsáno je cvičení v porodnici a navržena vhodná cvičení v domácím prostředí. Závěr teoretické části práce popisuje péči o jizvu po císařském řezu. Věnuje se osvědčeným metodám v péči o jizvu, jako jsou masáže sádlem, ale také novějším trendům v péči o jizvu např. lepení silikonových pásků a náplastí, ošetření laserem či tapování. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda mají ženy informace o důležitosti cvičení po císařském řezu, dále zmapovat zdroje, ze kterých ženy informace o cvičení čerpají. Posledním cílem bylo zjistit možnosti cvičení u žen po porodu císařským řezem na oddělení šestinedělí. K dosažení cílů byly stanoveny tři hypotézy, které byly ověřovány statistickým testem. Hypotéza 1: Ženy mají informace o důležitosti cvičení po císařském řezu. Hypotéza 2: Ženy čerpají informace o cvičení po porodu převážně z internetu. Hypotéza 3: Ženy na oddělení šestinedělí cvičí jen s fyzioterapeutkou. Pro výzkumné šetření byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum, sběr dat byl prováděn technikou dotazníku, jehož distribuce probíhala elektronickou cestou. Výzkumný soubor tvořily ženy na oddělení šestinedělí klatovské nemocnice a v nemocnici v Českých Budějovicích. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 138 respondentek. Vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření ukázalo, že ženy mají informace o důležitosti cvičení (73 % respondentek), o čemž svědčí i to, že jen 8 respondentek nevědělo, které cviky zvolit v prvních dnech po císařském řezu. Hypotéza 1 byla statistickým testem potvrzena. Dále z dotazníkového šetření vyplynulo, že ženy získávají informace o cvičení po císařském řezu převážně od lékaře či z internetu, ale i od porodních asistentek na šestinedělí. Dalším významným zdrojem informací o cvičení jsou fyzioterapeutky. Na základě těchto výsledků hypotéza 2 potvrzena nebyla. Cvičení na šestinedělí vede ve většině případů fyzioterapeutka, ovšem některé ženy cvičí i samy nebo za pomoci porodní asistentky. Fyzioterapeutka tedy není jediná, s kým ženy na oddělení cvičí, proto statistický test třetí hypotézu nepotvrdil. Dále bylo výzkumným šetřením zjištěno, že z žen, které navštěvovaly předporodní kurz, bylo o cvičení po císařském řezu informováno jen 12 % z nich. Šetření ukázalo, že je potřeba ženy více ke cvičení motivovat, protože i přes dostatek informací, pokračovalo ve cvičení po příchodu domů z porodnice jen 38 % respondentek, ale až na jednu výjimku zvolily všechny ženy, které ve cvičení doma pokračovaly, vhodné druhy cviků. Šetření ukázalo, že v péči o jizvu je poučeno 74 % žen a nejčastěji jsou ženy edukovány lékařem, dále porodní asistentkou a fyzioterapeutkou. Internet, jako zdroj informací v péči o jizvu, hraje zanedbatelnou roli. Zjistili jsme, že ženy sice mají povědomí o novějších trendech v péči o jizvu, ale nejčastěji volí i nadále oblíbené masáže nesoleným vepřovým sádlem. Nicméně z výzkumného šetření vyplývá, že 40 respondentek jizvě žádnou zvláštní péči nevěno-valo. Ženy podávání informací v péči o jizvu ohodnotily nejčastěji průměrnou známkou 3. Prostor soukromým porodním asistentkám v péči o ženy po porodu císařským řezem nabízí zjištění, že 82 % dotazovaných žen by v šestinedělí uvítalo jejich návštěvu. Šetření ukázalo, že i přes vysokou informovanost žen ohledně cvičení po porodu císařským řezem i v péči o jizvu, je nutné ženy ke cvičení více motivovat. Bakalářská práce může být použita jako edukační materiál pro ženy po porodu císařským řezem, ale i pro ostatní zdravotnické pracovníky. The theme of the bachelor thesis is women´s exercise after the caesarean section. The exercise helps women to recover after the caesarean section and also speeds up the process of healing and lowers the bad outcome. The work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, based on scholarly literature, we describe the history, indications for Caesarean section, methods of the operation, kinds of anaesthesia and possible complications after the Cae-sarean section (C-section). Then the work deals with the role of a midwife in pre-operational and postoperative care for a woman. The exercises in hospital are described and suitable exercises for home care are suggested. At the end we describe the postoper-ative care of the scar, such as massage using animal fat but also more modern trends like silicone stickers and plasters, laser treatment or taping. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out if women have enough infor-mation about the importance of exercising after C-section and also to find out which sources they use when searching information on exercising. The final aim of this thesis was to explore possibilities of exercising after C-section at the hospital puerperium ward. To reach our goals we used three hypotheses which were verified by a statistical test. Hypothesis 1: Women have enough information about the importance of exercising after C-section. Hypothesis 2: Women find necessary information about exercising after C-section mostly on the Internet. Hypothesis 3: Women on the puerperium ward exercise only with the physiotherapist. In the bachelor thesis we have chosen the quantitative research method, data col-lection was done by a questionnaire which had been distributed electronically. The sam-ple group consisted of women placed in the puerperium ward of hospital in Klatovy and in České Budějovice . The sample group consisted of 138 respondents. The evaluation of the research has proved that women have enough information about the importance of exercising (73%), this statement is also supported by the fact that only 8 respondents did not know what kind of exercise to choose in the days imme-diately after C-section. Hypothesis 1 was confirmed by the statistical test. The question-naire has also showed that women find information about exercise after C-section most-ly from their doctors or from the Internet, but also from the midwives at the ward. Other important sources of information are the physiotherapists. On the base of these results hypothesis 2 was not confirmed. The exercises at the puerperium ward are organised mostly by a physiotherapist but sometimes some women exercise on their own or with the help of their midwife. A physiotherapist is then not the only person with whom the women exercise this is the reason why the statistical test had not validated the hypothesis 3. We have also found out from the questionnaire that among the women who had attended birth classes only 12 % of them were informed about exercising after C-section. The research has showed that it is necessary to motivate women more towards exercising because even when having access to necessary information about exercising after C-section only 38 % of the women carried on exercising in home care, though, except of one person, all of those women had chosen the right exercises. The questionnaire has proved that when it comes to scar treatment after C-section 74% of women were informed about the care, the women are mostly educated by their doctor, midwife or a physiotherapist. The Internet as a source for information plays an unimportant role here. We have found out that women are aware of the new and more modern trends in scar treatment but they still mostly prefer to use massage with animal fat. The questionnaire has also suggested that 40 respondents did not care about any kind of scar treatment. Women themselves mostly gave to the amount of information about postoperative scar treatment average mark 3.
