Tématem Bakalářské práce je zaměstnanost žen z pohledu uplatnění na trhu práce. Práce se zabývá změnami ve vývoji zaměstnanosti žen v ČR a EU a faktory ovlivňující postavení žen na pracovním trhu. Teoretická část práce, přináší analýzu změň zaměstnanosti žen v jednotlivých časových horizontech a přehled jednotlivých faktorů ovlivňujících postavení žen na pracovním trhu jako např. (věk, vzdělání a jiné.). Praktická část práce bude zaměřena na rozbor vybraných podniků z hlediska politiky zaměstnanosti z důrazem na postavení žen jejich pozice, věkovou a vzdělanostní strukturu. The topic of this thesis is the employment of women in terms of their employment in the labour market. The thesis deals with changes in employment of women in the Czech Republic and the EU and factors affecting the status of women in the labour market. The theoretical part of this thesis provides an analysis of changes in employment of women in different time horizons and an overview of the various factors affecting the status of women in the labour market such as (age, education, etc.). The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the selected companies in terms of employment policies with an emphasis on the position of women, age and educational structure.
