Úvodní část této práce se zabývá literárním přehledem, konkrétně, definuje pojmy v oblasti spotřebního chování. Dále popisuje postoje spotřebitelů, jejich formování aspekty, které je mohou ovlivnit. Bližší pozornost je věnována problematice udržitelného rozvoje, udržitelné spotřeby a odpovědné spotřeby. Praktická část vychází z marketingového výzkumu. V závěru práce jsou navrženy konkrétní postupy či doporučení pro výrobce a obchodníky. The opening part of the bachelor´s work is focused on the literary research, specifically, it defines the basic concepts of consumer behaviour, attitudes to consumer behaviour and aspects that could affect it. Furthermore it is followed by a discussion of the attitudes of consumers, forming the attitudes and their possible changes. jThe characteristics of responsible consumption and buying are enclosed in the literary research. The practical part of this thesis includes the results of the research of consumers' attitudes in the field of responsible consumption based on a questionnaire. The aim is to suggest possible methods for producers and traders in the case of consumers' attitudes. Finally, the specific methods for producers and traders are designed.
