Bakalářská práce analyzuje situaci společnosti Zahradní a parková spol. s r.o. a navrhuje opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení její prosperity. Teoretická část je věnována specifikům malých a středních podniků a charakterizoval jednotlivé aspekty marketingu, personalistiky, managementu a finančního řízení. Praktická část je pak věnována aplikaci získaných teoretických poznatků při identifikaci faktorů prosperity zvolené firmy v daných odvětvích a provedení SWOT analýzy. Byla navržena opatření vedoucí k udržení a zvýšení prosperity podniku. This thesis analyzes the situation of the Zahradní a parková spol. s r.o. and proposes measures to improve its prosperity. The theoretical section is devoted to specifics of SMEs and describes the aspects of marketing, personnel management, management and financial management. In the practical part, are then applied the theoretical findings to identify the factors of prosperity in selected firm in selected areas and performed a SWOT analysis. Measures to maintain and increase prosperity of company have been defined.
