[cze][eng] Cílem mé bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu podniku Kobit s.r.o., který působí v oboru komunální techniky (výroba silniční techniky). Zaměřím se především na analýzu silných a slabých stránek, a dále zhodnocení celkového finančního zdraví. Finanční zdraví bude posuzováno pomocí aplikace jednotlivých nástrojů finanční analýzy jako jsou poměrové ukazatele zadluženosti, likvidity, rentability a aktivity, dále pak rozdílovými ukazateli a nakonec bankrotními a bonitními modely. Podnik budu sledovat v období posledních pěti let. Vlastní bakalářská práce je členěna na dva oddíly- teoretický a praktický. První část se zabývá základními metodami finanční analýzy. Druhá část obsahuje výsledky metod, které jsou popsány v metodické části, a jejich interpretaci. V závěru se zabývám porovnáním s odvětvím.The aim of my bachelor work is to conduct a financial analysis of Kobit s.r.o. which focuses on production of road technology. I will focus mostly on analysis of strong and weak points and also evaluation of financial health. It will be judged upon each aspects of financial analysis: indicators of liquidity, rentability and activity. I will monitor the company during 5 year interval. The own work is separated into 2 parts -- theoretical and practical. The first part focuses on basic methods of financial analysis. The second part includes the results of methods which are described in methodical part of the work and also thein interpretation. The final section compares the copany with industry standards.
