Tato práce se zabývá daňovými doklady u daně z přidané hodnoty. Pravidla pro práci s daňovými doklady upravuje tuzemský zákon o DPH. Ten vychází ze znění směrnice Rady 2006/112/ES. Při výkladu evropského práva sehrává klíčovou roli Evropský soudní dvůr a jeho judikatura. Cílem práce je vymezení zásad týkajících se daňových dokladů z pohledu evropské a tuzemské legislativy za pomoci analýzy vybrané judikatury Evropského soudního dvora. This thesis deals with the tax documents for value added tax (VAT). Rules for working with documents governed by the domestic tax law on VAT. It is based on the wording of Council Directive 2006/112/EC. In the interpretation of European law plays a key role the European Court of Justice and its judicature. The aim of this work is defining the principles relating to tax documents from the perspective of European and domestic legislation through the analysis of selected European Court of Justice judicature.
