Tématem této práce je "Strategie a řízení obchodní činnosti komerční pojišťovny". Úvod práce je věnován vztahu jednotlivých segmentů marketingu na budování vztahu s potencionálním zákazníkem. V návaznosti na marketing jsou určovány jednotlivé distribuční kanály. Následující část představuje jednotlivé prodejní kanály, které jsou v současnosti využívány pojišťovnami k distribuci pojistných produktů. Je zde také zobrazen vztah jednotlivých produktů v návaznosti na jeho provizní nákladovost pro pojišťovnu. Závěr práce je věnován závislosti distribučního kanálu na složitost pojistného produktu, jelikož tento vztah je jedním z hlavních faktorů určujících budoucí prodejní síť. V neposlední řádě je zmíněn možný budoucí vývoj těchto distribučních cest. The theme of my bachelor essay is strategy and business management of commercial insurance companies. Preamble is devoted to the relationship of segment marketing at building relationships with potential customers. Following are determined by individual marketing channels of distribution. The following section presents the individual sales channels, which are currently used by insurance companies to distribute insurance products. It also shows the relationship of individual products in relation to its cost efficiency for the insurance commission. The final part of the distribution channel, depending on the complexity of insurance products, as this relationship is one of the main factors determining the future distribution network. Finally, there is mention of possible future development of distribution channels.
