Cílem této bakalářské práce je stanovení hodnoty podniku Olma, a.s. Teoretická část popisuje základní postup při oceňování podniku, který zahrnuje strategickou a finanční analýzu, finanční plán, ocenění, atd. Praktická část určuje tržní hodnotu společnosti Olma, a.s. výnosovými metodami DCF Entity a EVA k 31. 12. 2009. The main objective of this baccalaureal work is to find a value of the company Olma, a.s. The theoretic part contains basic description of framework for business valuation, this is strategy and financial analysis, financial plan, valuation etc. In the application part is set the real value of the company Olma, a.s., using method DCF Entity and EVA as at 31. 12. 2009.
