Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám bankovní regulací, jejími výhodami, nevýhodami a cíly. Analyzuji podmínky vstupu do českého bankovního sektoru. Rozebírám principy efektivního dohledu a popisuji pravidla obezřetného podnikání. Dále analyzuji princip Jednotné evropské licence a její důsledky na strukturu bankovního sektoru v České republice. V závěru své práce srovnávám bankovní regulaci a dohled v rámci států EU a Spojených států amerických. In my Bachelor thesis, I am concerned with the bank regulations, their advantages and disadvantages and their main goals. I analyze conditions of the access to the Czech banking sector. Further, I discuss the principles of the effective supervision and describe the rules of prudent business. Also, I analyze the principle of the European single banking license and its impact on the structure of the bank sector in Czech Republic. Finally, I compare the bank regulation and supervision of the EU states with those of USA.
