Moje diplomová práce představuje komoditu - mražený pomerančový koncentrát a jeho logistický řetězec. Mražený pomerančový koncentrát je surovinou pro všechny typy pomerančového džusu s výjimkou čerstvě lisované šťávy. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit logistické řešení společnosti Louis Dreyfus Commodities pro mražený pomerančový koncentrát, rozpoznat nedostatky současného stavu a navrhnout možná řešení a doporučení. This diploma paper should present the commodity - frozen concentrated orange juice and its logistic chain. Frozen concentrated orange juice (FCOJ) is the raw material used for all types of orange juice with the exception of freshly squeezed juice. The objective of this diploma paper is to assess the logistic solution of the company Louis Dreyfus Commodities for frozen concentrated orange juice, to recognise minuses and to propose possible solutions and recommendations.
