Tato práce je o mnohočetném myelomu a historii jeho léčby. Cílem této práce bylo popsat důležité léky od prvního zdokumentovaného případu až po současnost. V současné době jsou zde nové léky, které mohou způsobit remisi nemoci, která trvá desetiletí. This thesis is about multiple myeloma and the history of its treatment. The purpose of this study was describe important drugs from the first documated case to the present. Currently, there are new drugs which are able to cause remission of the disease which last for ten years.
