Bakalářská práce pojednává o právním postavení obcí v České republice. Popisuje základní znaky obce a její činnost. Praktická část se věnuje konkrétní obci Nošovice. Zabývá se hospodařením dané obce v období 2006-2008, analyzuje příjmy a výdaje, financování a následně hodnotí plnění rozpočtu. The bachelor thesis deals with the statut of municipalities in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes basic characteristics of municipality and its activity. The practical part is devoted to concrete municipality Nošovice. It deals with the economy of this municipality during the years 2006-2008, it analyses receipts and expenditures, financing and it evaluates subsequently the implementation of budget.
