Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku toku remitencí do rozvojových zemí. V první části jsou popsány remitence a jejich ekonomický i sociální vliv na zapojené země. Druhá kapitola analyzuje migraci, které vede k posílání remitencí. Závěrečná část srovnává remitence s rozvojovou pomocí. This thesis focuses on remittances and their impact on developing countries. First part describes flows of remittances into developing countries and their economic and social impact there. Second part analyses migration that leads to remittances. Last part compares remittances to development aid.
