Cílem této práce bylo zjistit vliv plemene na množství a složení mléka dojnic chovaných v identických podmínkách na vybrané farmě. Byly sledovány krávy českého strakatého plemene, holštýnského plemene a ayrshirského plemene. Krmná dávka byla předkládána dojnicím všech tří plemen ve stejném množství a kvalitě. Výsledky mléčné užitkovosti byly zjišťovány z výsledků kontroly užitkovosti. Byl sledován celkový nádoj v kilogramech za 305 dní, průměrný obsah tuku a průměrný obsah bílkovin. Zjištěné údaje byly porovnávány v rámci plemen mezi sebou. Dále byly výsledky porovnány s výsledky kontroly užitkovosti celé ČR. Nejvíce mléka nadojily dojnice holštýnského plemene, potom to byly české strakaté dojnice a nejméně nadojily ayrshirské krávy. Nejvyšší obsah složek měly české strakaté krávy, následované holštýnskými kravami a nejméně tuku a bílkovin měly ayrshirské dojnice. Ve srovnání s kontrolou užitkovosti celé ČR si nejlépe vedly české strakaté krávy, následně ayrshirské a méně než je celorepublikový průměr nadojily holštýnské krávy. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of breed on the amount and composition of milk of dairy cows kept in identical conditions on the selected farm. There were monitored cows of the Fleckvieh breed, the Holstein breed and the Ayrshire breed. The ration was given to all three breeds of dairy cows in the same quantity and quality. The results of milk yield were determined from the results of performance tests. There was observed the total milk yield in kilograms per 305 days, the average fat content and average protein content. The collected data were compared within breeds between them. Furthermore, the results were compared with the results of performance tests across the country. Most are yielding dairy cows of the Holstein breed, then they were spotted Fleckvieh least taken from their goats and cows ayrshirské. The highest content of components were Fleckvieh cows, Holstein cows followed by a minimum of fat and protein should Ayrshire cows. Compared with the control performance over the Czech Republic the best performing Fleckvieh cows, then Ayrshire and less than the national average taken from their goats Holstein cows.
