Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu kolonizace nově vybudovaných rybníků makrozoobentosem. Kolonizace stojatých vod makrozoobentosem je spíše opomíjené téma a většina autorů se věnuje kolonizaci tekoucích nebo periodických vod. Lokalita, na které bylo prováděno sledování se nachází na severní Moravě. Jedná se o tři rybníky v rámci šestičlenné rybniční soustavy. Tyto rybníky byly sledovány v prvním roce po jejich vybudování. Sledování probíhalo od jara do podzimu. Kvalitativní odběry vodní bioty byly prováděny ruční sítí. Makrozoobentos sledovaných rybníků byl vyhodnocen z pohledu taxonomického složení a abundance. Z důvodu vysokého zastoupení čeledi Chironomidae a nedostatečných informací o autekologických nárocích jednotlivých taxonů nebylo provedeno jednotlivé rozlišení funkčních skupin makrozoobentosu. Jako hlavní faktor nízkého taxonomického složení i nízké abundance byl vyhodnocen vliv rybí obsádky a krátký časový interval od vybudování rybníků. Spolu s odběry vodní bioty byly měřeny i základní fyzikálně-chemické parametry vody (teplota, obsah kyslíku, pH a vodivost). Ty byly vyhodnoceny jako přijatelné pro dané typy rybníků a neměly by eliminovat chov ryb ani výskyt vodních bezobratlých živočichů. Presented diploma thesis deals with the topic of colonisation of newly build fishponds by macrozoobenthos organisms. Most of the authors devote to colonisation of running or periodic waters but colonisation of standing waters is more likely neglected topic. Observed locality is placed in the Northern Moravia. Three fishponds in the newly created pond system were sampled from spring till autumn during the first year after building. Qualitative samples of aquatic biota were taken by hand-net. Macrozoobenthos of fishponds was evaluated from the taxonomic structure and abundance point of view. Due to the high proportional representation of Chironomids and a lack of autecological demands of particular taxa, distribution of organism into particular functional groups was not realized. The influence of fish stock as well as short time period from the pond creation were assessed as the main factors of low taxonomic composition and low abundance of macrozoobenthos. Simultaneously, the physicochemical parameters (temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH and conductivity) of water of fish ponds were monitored. Those were assessed as suitable for stated fishponds types and should not eliminate neither the rearing of fish nor the presence of aquatic invertebrates.
