Bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou finanční analýzy a jejího využití v podnikové praxi. Hlavním cílem této práce je posouzení hrozby finanční tísně ve společnosti ČKD Blansko Engineering a. s. Teoretická část se zaměřuje nejprve na základní pojmy z oblasti finanční analýzy včetně modelů, které se pro hodnocení finanční situace využívají, dále pak na problematiku časových řad a sestavení ekonometrických modelů. Praktická část vychází z konkrétních údajů uvedených ve výročních zprávách společnosti a jsou v ní uplatněny základní metody finanční analýzy jako horizontální a vertikální analýza, analýza poměrových ukazatelů a predikce finanční tísně společnosti. Bachelor's thesis is concerning with issue of the financial analysis and its usage in the company practice. Main goal of this work is to assess the threat of the financial stringency of the company ČKD Blansko Engineering, a. s. Theoretical section focuses on the definition of the basic terms regarding the financial analysis, including the models, which are used for assessing the financial situation, this section also covers time series and construction of the econometrical models. Practical section is based on concrete data listed in the annual reports of the company. Basic financial analysis tools are used throughout the thesis - horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of company ratios and analysis of company's financial stringency.
