Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje posouzení faktorů, kterými lze v dnešní době na trhu se službami v oblasti pohybových aktivit konkurovat již existujícím podnikům. V závislosti na vyhodnocení těchto zjištěných konkurenčních faktorů byl sestaven podnikatelský plán, který by měl poukázat na reálnost a životnost tohoto podnikatelského záměru. This bachelor's thesis deals with a consideration of competition factors that could be used in the market of services with sport and motional activities and be ready to compete with the other existing companies. The business plan was made depending on an evaluation of these discovered competitive factors. The business plan should refer to an objectivity and life capability of the business intent.
