Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice pojistných podvodů na motorových vozidlech v pojišťovnictví. Pojistný podvod je závažný problém dotýkající se nejen pojišťoven, ale i celé společnosti. Pojistný podvod je páchán ve spojitosti s pojištěním a účastníky jsou jak fyzické, tak právnické osoby za účelem vylákat pojistné plnění. Pojistitelé reagují na nové trendy v oblasti pojistných podvodů odborným školení zaměstnanců, vznikem specializovaných týmů, investicemi do nových technologií a hledáním nových zdrojů informací za účelem prevence, detekování a odhalením pojistných podvodů. Ve své práci uvádím pro názornost některé případy pojistných podvodů, současně i nástroje a možnosti, jak pojistný podvod detekovat, prokázat a učinit opatření do budoucna. The thesis deals with the issue of insurance fraud on motor vehicle insurance. Insurance fraud is a serious problem affecting not only insurers, but also the whole society. Insurance fraud is being committed in connection with insurance and participants are both natural and legal persons in order to elicit insurance. Insurers respond to new trends in insurance fraud specialist staff training, creation of specialized teams, investment in new technologies and finding new sources of information for the prevention, detection and disclosure of insurance fraud. In my work to illustrate some cases of insurance fraud, also the tools and options as insurance fraud to detect, prove and make arrangements for the future.
