Cílem této práce je popis a analýza nedotknutelnosti místností diplomatické mise jakožto jednoho ze základních principů diplomatického práva. Práce zkoumá obsah tohoto pojmu, zabývá se jeho historickým vývojem a zamýšlí se nad dosud nevyřešenými otázkami, které s institutem nedotknutelnosti místností mise souvisejí. Předkládá řadu případů porušování a zneužívání nedotknutelnosti místností mise v minulosti i současnosti a v závěru se snaží odpovědět na otázku, do jaké míry odpovídá současná úprava tohoto institutu v mezinárodním právu skutečné praxi států. Práce vychází z mezinárodně-právní úpravy, teoretických přístupů nauky a popisu reálné praxe států. The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyse the inviolability of diplomatic mission premises, as it is one of the basic principles of diplomatic law. The thesis examines the contents of this term, deals with its historical development and contemplates the unsolved questions related to the inviolability of mission premises. It presents a range of cases of violation or abuse of the inviolability of mission premises in the past as well as at the present time and at the end it tries to find out to what extent the current regulation of this institution in international law corresponds to the actual state practice. The thesis is based on international law regulations, theoretical approaches and description of the past experience of individual countries.
