Diplomová práce pojednává o podniku Helena Škodáková zabývajícím se prodejem bytového textilu. Cílem práce je naleznout zlepšující opatření, která by vedla ke zvýšení prosperity celého podniku. Práce se zabývá oblastí managementu, marketingu, finančního řízení a řízení lidských zdrojů. The thesis is based on describing bussiness proces in a real small enterprise - Helena Škodáková, a seller of home textile - and bringing in suggestions how to improve its efficiency. The prosperity factor analysis consists of management, marketing, financial management and human resources management.
