The subject of this bachelor thesis is analysis and evaluation of the financial situation of VAKABRNO s.r.o. during investigated period from 2008 to 2012. Thesis is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical research explains basics of financial analysis, users, sources and methods. Practical part provides analysis of the company by the methods from theoretical research and explains financial situation based on financial statements. The last part of this thesis includes summary of the financial analysis and suggestions for improvement. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení finanční situace podniku VAKABRNO s.r.o. během sledovaného období od roku 2008 do roku 2012. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První, teoretická část vysvětluje základy finanční analýzy, její uživatele, zdroje a metody. Praktická část poskytuje analýzu vybraného podniku použitím metod z teoretického výzkumu a vysvětluje finanční situaci na základě finančních výkazů. Poslední část bakalářské práce obsahuje shrnutí finanční analýzy a návrhy na zlepšení.
