Stejně jako ostatní disciplíny, management IT projektů se neustále vyvíjí, vznikají nové techniky a zakládají se modernější a efektivnější přístupy. Agilní management projektů patří mezi nejnovější, nejinovativnější a nejčastěji zmiňované přístupy v současném projektovým řízení. Mnoho odborníků tvrdí, že se stávají projektovým managementem 21. století. Tento přístup, vyvinutý právě v oblasti vývoje softwaru, přinesl množství novinek a výhod, ne jen pro tým vyvíjející software, ale aj pro samotných zákazníků projektů. Táto bakalářská práce se podrobně zaměřuje na jednotlivé agilní metodiky, sumarizuje výhody, které přinášejí a porovnává jich s tradičními metodikami vývoje softwaru. As well as all other disciplines, management of IT projects is developing constantly, new techniques are emerging and modern and more efficient approaches are in process of establishment. Agile project management belongs among one of the most modern, the most innovative and renowned approaches in concurrent field of project management. Many specialists state that it is becoming the project management of the 21st century. This approach, developed in the field of software development, has delivered a number of novelties and benefits for the project team as well as for the project client. This bachelor thesis is precisely focused on specific agile methodologies, it is summarizing advantages, which they are delivering and comparing them with traditional method of software development.
