Abstrakt Bakalářská práce hodnotí kvalitu humusových látek ve viditelné a ultrafialové oblasti spektra. Objektem studia bylo deset subtypů černozemí. UV-VIS spektra byla měřena v rozsahu od 200 nm do 700 nm. Z naměřených spekter byly vypočítány indexy absorbance, které charakterizují stupeň kondenzovanosti molekuly humusových látek (HL). Hodnoceny byly následující poměry absorbancí - 253/203, 253/230, 250/365, 253/410, 465/665 a 255/465 nm. Indexy absorbance se u jednotlivých subtypů černozemí lišily. Nižší hodnoty absorbance byly u HL arenických černozemí. Vyšší hodnoty absorbance měly u HL černozemě lužní. Jako nejdůležitější byl stanoven poměr absorbancí při 465/665 nm. Abstract In bachelor thesis we aimed at evaluation of humic substances quality using visible and ultraviolet spectroscopy. Object of our study were ten subtypes of Chernozems. UV-VIS spectra were recorded within the range 200 nm to 700 nm. Absorbance indexes were calculated at: 253/203, 253/230, 250/365, 253/410, 465/665 a 255/465 nm. Results showed differences in absorbance indexes values between chernozem subtypes. Lower absorbance was characteristic Arenic Chernozemkých and higher for Phaeoic Chernozem. One of most important was the absorbance index at 465/665 nm.
