Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problém, který patří v současné době mezi nejzávažněj-ší. Tímto problémem je nezaměstnanost. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny pojmy spojené s problematikou trhu práce a nezaměstnaností. V části následující, tedy praktické, je provedena analýza trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti v okrese Vsetín za období 2008--2013. Data jsou komparována se Zlínským krajem a v některých částech i s celou Česko Republikou. This bachelor thesis is situated on the most serious problem in nowadays. This problem is unemployment. Thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part there are described and ex-plained terms about labour market and unemployment. The second part is called research. This part is focused on analysis of labour market and unemployment of Vsetín region since 2008--2013. Data are compared with Zlín region and in some parts with all Czech Republic.
