Práce se zaměřuje na Madeleine K. Albrightovou jakožto na významnou osobu mezinárodních vztahů. Cílem práce je odpovědět na dvě otázky a to jakou roli hrála Albrightová v rámci dvou Clintonových administrativ a jak její osobní životní zkušenosti ovlivnily její vnímání světa a názory na mezinárodní politiku. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol - první se věnuje aktérům americké zahraniční politiky, konkrétně prezidentovi, ministerstvu zahraničí a NSC, druhá se věnuje faktorům v životě MKA a třetí mapuje její počínání na poli americké zahraniční politiky. The thesis is about Madeleine Korbel Albright as an important person of international relations. It asks two questions - what was the position of MKA within Clinton's administrations and what was the impact of her live experiences on her attitudes in international relations. It is diveded in three parts - the first one is about the actors of american foreign policy, the prezident, Department of State and NSC, the second part is about the experiences of MKA and the last one is about her acting in american foreign policy.
