Předchází jim vysvětlení odborných užitých pojmů, kapitola o správném držení těla, dále o dechu a bránici. Následuje vysvětlení principů cvičení a popis samotných posturálních cvičení s fotografickou přílohou.
Tedy využít ji k vybudování správné postury a její stabilizaci, k čemuž nabízím právě systém posturálních cvičení.This diploma thesis focuses on innovation in teaching of the subject Dance Gymnastics, namely on postural exercises, which the thesis offers and recommends. They are preceded by explanations of technical terms and chapters on correct posture, breathing and diaphragm. These are followed by the explanation of the principle of the exercises and descriptions of the postural exercises themselves, including photographs. At the end of the thesis the author describes her experience with these principles and exercises in practice.
The aim of the thesis is to efficiently use the allotted time for Dancing Gymnastics so that it will continue to be beneficial with regard to the ever increasing demands on the education of young dancers. This means using it to develop correct posture and its stabilization, to which end I offer the system of postural exercises.
