Ve své magisterské práci jsem se snažila představit osm nejznámějších mezzosopránových pěvkyň, které zhruba v průběhu jednoho století byly spjaty s Národním divadlem v Praze. V úvodu vysvětluji proč jsem si vybrala právě toto téma a čeho bych touto prací chtěla dosáhnout. První kapitola pojednává o historii Národního divadla v Praze, okolnostech jeho vzniku a významných osobnostech, které se na vzniku podílely. V následujících osmi kapitolách jsem postupně představila jednotlivé mezzosopránové pěvkyně a poukázala tak na jejich hudební začátky, studia, úspěchy, zkušenosti, názory a umělecké ambice. V závěru shrnuji, zda jsem docílila toho, co jsem si od práce slibovala, a vysvětluji přínos práce pro čtenáře. This thesis shall introduce the eight most popular mezzo-soprano singers, that were linked to the National Theatre in Prague within one century. The introduction explains why I have chosen this very topic and what was my intention to achieve with this work. The first chapter describes the history of the National Theatre in Prague, the circumstances of its foundation and the eminent personalities, which contributet to its creation. The following eight chapters introduce the mezzo-soprano singers in detail, refer to their musical beginnings, studies, successes, experience, ideas and artistical ambitions. I summarize in the conclution, wheter I managed to achieve everthing I wished and explain the contribution of the work.
