Cílem této práce je analyzovat spotřební daně v jednotlivých zemích Evropské unie a zjistit zda odpovídají požadavkům evropské legislativy. Analyzovány jsou jak daně harmonizované, tak i neharmonizované. V poslední kapitole věnované Evropskému soudnímu dvoru jsou také analyzovány klíčové judikáty z oblasti spotřebních daní. The aim of this paper is to analyze the excise duties in the countries of the European Union and find out whether they are in compliance with legislation. Analyzed are harmonized and non-harmonized excise duties. In the final chapter devoted to the European Court of Justice are also analyzed the key cases relating to excise duties.
