Práca sa zaoberá vymedzením živnostenského podnikania v Českej republike. Oboznamuje s podmienkami, ktoré musí osoba splniť, aby sa mohla stať živnostníkom. Vymedzuje, aké činnosti sú a aké nie sú živnostenským podnikaním. Opisuje aké sú práva a povinnosti kontrolných pracovníkov a kontrolovaných osôb, ukazuje priebeh živnostenskej kontroly. V závere sa práca orientuje na problematiku prostitúcie ako činnosti vyžadujúcej si právnu úpravu, zdôvodňuje klady a zápory regulácie prostitúcie a nastoluje príklady ako riešili problém prostitúcie iné krajiny. Práce se zabývá vymezením živnostenského podnikání v České republice. Seznamuje s podmínkami, které musí osoba splňovat, aby se mohla stát živnostníkem. Vymezuje, jaké činnosti jsou a jaké nejsou živnostenským podnikáním. Popisuje práva a povinnosti kontrolních pracovníků a kontrolovaných osob, ukazuje průběh živnostenské kontroly. V závěru se práce orientuje na problematiku prostituce jako činnosti vyžadující právní úpravu, zdůvodňuje klady a zápory regulace prostituce a ukazuje příklady, jak řešily problém prostituce jiné země. This work deals with the definition of licenced trades in the Czech Republic. It defines what activities are licenced trades and what they are not. The publication describes the conditions that must be fulfilled in order to become a sole trader. It describes the rights and obligations of the inspection stuff and controlled persons, shows the process of licenced trade control. In conclusion, the work focuses on the issue of prostitution as an activity requiring legislative modification, explains the pros and cons of regulating prostitution and raises examples of how is the problem of prostitution solved by other countries.
